Thank you for shopping with PackElevate. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is free and tracked on orders of £39.99 or more. The shipping options and any charges for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after noon, at weekends or on holidays may begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times

Most UK orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days of placing your order. A small number can take longer, up to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Where your order ships from

Some orders are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, which may be located outside the UK. If you order more than one set, your order may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link. Tracking information can take a day or two to update after you receive it.

Taxes and import charges

Any taxes or duties we collect are shown at checkout before you place your order. If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge when your order arrives, please contact us before paying it.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of ordering, or your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will look into it with the carrier. If your parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change it before your order ships.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before your order ships, but once it is on its way we cannot modify it. You can also cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, as explained in our Refund policy.
